PROGRAM — WORKSHOPS:
Each day offers key moments to deepen the connection between breath, movement, and body awareness:
- Morning body alarm: self-massage to activate energy and awaken the body
- Yin Yoga: Yin Yoga sessions in an idyllic setting, on land, allowing you to experience deep relaxation and release. Through slow, passive postures, the tissues are gently stretched while cultivating a meditative state. The gentle movement of the sea helps release tension, and long-held poses invite you to slow down in order to feel better
- Meditation and breathing (Pranayama): daily mindfulness meditation sessions, focusing on breath to harmonize inner energy and calm the mind
- Breathwork: An intense practice to explore deep layers of the unconscious, release emotions, and awaken vitality. On the sailboat, this technique becomes even more powerful, as the body is supported by the soothing motion of the sea, encouraging deep immersion
- Meditative walk: During stopovers, the group explores the trails of the surrounding islands on foot. These walks are done in silence, each guided by their own breath and rhythm. It’s an opportunity to connect with the natural elements and anchor yourself in your vital breath
- Paddleboarding and exploring the coves: Paddle sessions let you glide across the water and explore hidden bays. Paddleboarding offers a unique perspective on breath and movement, as each stroke becomes an invitation to synchronize breathing and effort. It's also a precious moment to enjoy solitude, gliding in contact with the elements
- Free time: Moments of rest to swim, read, or simply contemplate the sea
